The medical staff is top shelf but the security for the entire building especially the LOBBY officer, not only looks like he is still in high school, he was very UNPROFESSIONAL, UNcourteous, & plainly ignorant of not only hospital rules but city & state laws as well.

The worst physical therapy experience of my life!!! Please donot waste your money and time.I went to the lake success office. Naomi the therapist spent barely 5 min for manual therapy and the rest 25 min I was asked to do exercise by myself No personal touch or interest in curing patient. I stopped going after 2 visits.

This hospital is billed as a top ten rehab center but it does not have a culture of excellence, its management is very disorganized, and it cannot keep up the basics like climate. (My room is 80 degrees.) I tried very hard to get in here because of the reputation. I thought people would be expert enough to be curious generalists who could help with a condition most had never seen. I was wrong. My experience thus far has been excellent! They're helping me recover from the effects of cancer treatments and multiple surgeries. God bless them and keep them 🙏😊
