We always grab this Pizza when at OnTap, the crispy, cheesy crust is great. the Bendite is our favorite
I was hankering for some Sicilian pizza. I've been to the food carts by ON TAP many times before and remembered Rush's Squares pizza truck . Today was the Labor Day holiday and I went there for lunch. I am a pizza snob, being an ex New Yorker qualifies me to say that. I had just a simple "Cheese " pizza with no toppings. Long wait, great pizza! The quality is worth waiting for.
I have a gluten allergy and Rush’s square is by far, the best GF pizza in town and on my top 10 overall GF pizza. The dough is fluffy, tasty and delicious, a rare description for most GF options out there. I can’t confirm if it’s celiac safe, might need to confirm with the owners, but for me with gluten allergy, I’ve had zero problems. The pizza is also large, so can easily be 2-3 meals depending on your appetite.
