Aweful customer service. Employee harassing me over the phone with irrelevant questions. Haven't seen service this bad from yards in Ontario.
Their phones are busy even when they're closed. Since I couldn't ask an employee if they had the part I was looking for I decided to take the 35 minute drive to their Hamilton location to shop in person. Their website stated their hours, when I arrived at the lot during stated hours it was closed. I will never consider this company again.
