Average park. Did have some deer walk through. View of Mount Rushmore is kind of deceiving.
Nice, affordable place in town. Can walk to main street restaurants and shopping. Can get a room or RV parking.
We stayed in the newer RV park because of our length. We extended our stay. The staff are very nice and helpful. I use a cane and can still make it to most of the activities and shopping as well as dining. My only complaint is that we could not find one trash can anywhere. That is not a reason to avoid this place though. We walk 60 feet from our RV and see Mount Rushmore. Highly recommend a stay here. Beautiful town and people
