I have gotten numerous calls from this number with no voicemail. I don't even have a clue who they are. I want them to stop calling my number and remove it.
I got a letter and they refused to work with me for what I could afford. It's only about the banks. Either get BBB accredited or not. But I will not work without that BBB accredited status.
They call me every day and hang up. I just got this phone number and explained that to them. They call everyday anyway. The first thing they ask for is a social security number. They are a scam.
Professional, polite and very helpful. My husband told me they had called a handful of times a few weeks ago, so I called back today. I did not have my account number, but they were able to look up my account and amount due based on my phone number. I paid the amount due and was given a confirmation number and a reference number. I was very impressed with their professionalism, effective communication skilss and excellent customer service.
They keep calling several times a week. I had to ask more then once to send me a bill. Then they said well i sent one in February. Well it is May. I told them several time that i have no means to pay this bill and it shows that it was a right off on my credit report. I also told them to stop calling and they said they will continue to call. They need to stop harassing me.

The consumer has also been provided with correspondence supplying her with the information outlined in her review. The consumer first requested that we stop contacting her on May 22, 2017. This company is the worst. They don't try to work with anyone on payments and refuse to settle. They'll tell you to fill out financial assistance paperwork then use the addresses on it to serve you papers for judgements.

Dear Consumer, Rushmore Service Center does not make determinations for financial assistance, we did provide you the forms to complete for financial assistance for our client on August 28, 2015. Once those forms would have been returned to our client they would then make the determination whether or not to award financial assistance based upon their requirements. Got a phone call in Feb. of 2017 after a medical bill was settled in 2015(from 2014) with a medical insurance company and a self paid off balance which they insisted I still owed. They clearly are trying to scam people out of more money or plain and simply do not know what they are doing account wise.........pretty scary for people who may just trust them or do not have payment proof readily available!
