I love the taffy, but online ordering & customer service is poor. I placed online order Sept 5th, money came out of my account Sept 8th. Towards end of Sept I tried to call to check on order status, no answer & voicemail box is full. Tried to respond to email invoice & email won't go through. Sept 29th I sent message on Facebook & got a prompt reply they would check into tracking shortly, but never received any details. Every time we are in the Black Hills we make a stop here, the kids love picking their own bag and so do us parents! Between the texture and the flavors, its the best taffy we’ve ever had! It’s one of our favorite places! Yum!!!
