great gym and great staff!
Best CrossFit gym ever. After a 13 year break from CrossFit, this gym really made me feel at home real quickly. Everyone is welcoming, super friendly and helpful, especially being a little rusty. I wish I had more time here. Thank you so much for the best 3 months. I'm forever grateful.
Really amazing gym. Dropping in for a week while here on a family vacation. Friendly people and knowledgeable and accommodating owner / coaches. Good programming so far— will update once I attend more classes during this week of dropping in. Facility is meticulously clean and get this—offered peppermint infused cold towels to refresh you after the workout! I love excellent and detail! Coming to back to CrossFit after a healthy breakup from a toxic gym in another state and I couldn't be happier! - Promotes consistency over scores - Encourages working at your skill level and gives a range of adjustments to be safe - Knowledgeable coaches (not pushy, guiding)
