I have had two different appointments with Rushing Tree Service. They picked the time and day of both times. I have not seen or heard from them yet. No phone call or text just never showed up either time. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time but now I just think that’s just how they do business.

I do apologize Mrs. Womack, we’ve been really busy with storm work and have had a few calls slip through. We’ve been working 6 days a week.
Great service and fair price. The most impressive part was what happened after he removed the tree and ground the stump. He came back a few weeks later to verify stump/roots ground up. I didn't see a concern but he didn't like what he saw so he had the stump/roots ground again. Don't know many businesses who follow-up in person to ensure the job is done right and customer satisfied. Highly recommend!
