Had a physical to get established as new patient. He was intent on finishing the exam as quickly as possible. I asked him to prescribe a new hypertensive med and he said that wasn’t part of the visit, even though the physical is the only way to adjust meds. Then they didn’t fill my thyroid medication at the pharmacy. I had to phone the office and some other doctor had to phone me back to explain why they didn’t fill my med. I do not feel valued as a person let alone as a new patient.
Dr Bains has been treating myself and my family for years. I can't say enough good things about him! He is smart, caring, and almost always available when we need something. I HIGHLY recommend him.
A great doctor who knows how to treat his patients and gets to the point.
