I had a great experience with the Rushford Avon Intensive Outpatient Program. The support and guidance I received were instrumental in my recovery. Doug, Felicia, and Suzie were exceptional clinicians—compassionate, knowledgeable, and truly dedicated to helping others. Lady at the front desk had zero human connnection. When I tried to figure out if they had beds or not (was told over phone to “walk in” 9-10 AM) she tried to call the police, lied about being the manager and tried so hard to make me look bad/trigger me.
Very uneducated staff. Very poor counclers. A huge rip off.
