I absolutely love Russia! She’s so sweet, knowledgeable and patient! I starting seeing results within the first couple weeks and am looking forward to much more. If you’re someone like me who hasn’t had the best experiences with other trainers, give her a try! You won’t regret it!
Russia is an amazing trainer!! She is very professional and always keeps the gym nice and clean in between clients
It was great training with rush she prepared me for fall training camp at Florida International University. She also very professional and the gym was cleaned before and after the work out!
RushFit Studio is by far the best place that I’ve ever worked out at. Russia was my trainer, she is very professional and takes her job very serious. She gave me all the tools that I needed to achieve my body goals. Come prepared to work hard because she will push you to achieve whatever goal it is to achieve.
