They came out to do a full survey of the air conditioning I wanted on both floors, promised to provide a quote, failed to do so and ignored two chasing emails. Appalling customer service. Not recommended.

We've just had our aircon installed by Rushden and Higham Air Conditioning. There was a slight mixup with the units which meant the guys couldn't complete the work on the original installation date. They were professional and just rearranged for another date. They were tidy, efficient, professional and generally nice guys. Fantastic service would highly recommend.
