Of I could give them a “0” I would. My kitten does a few puts after seeing the vet. They put a Revolution flea treatment on my 1.6 lb kitten who had a respiratory infection. I looked it up on the Revolution website and you’re not supposed to use it on sick kittens weighing less than 2 lbs. I Havea call into Revolution regarding this. They broke my heart! 💔
I absolutely love Rush, have been going there since the beginning and they have always been kind, caring and professional!!! I have 2 dogs and 2 Sphinx cats that are patients there and they treat my babies like they are their own❤️ I highly recommend these wonderful people, they are completely committed to these animals!!!
If I could give you a zero I will. My friends dog was here and came home worse. The staff are rude. The place was filthy. Staff member yelled at us. They said the dog bites. She never ever bit before. I believe they didn't treat my friends dog very nice but can't prove it. Her butt was full of feces and matted in her fur. Please don't take your babies here.
This place ignored me after I called to check on their mistake just to be told it wasn't...it was. So I didn't listen and gave my cat the correct dose...but you missed the tumor on her lung and told me it was nothing...inflammation...that she had bronchitis...then we find out a month later at a GOOD vet, who took the XRAY the correct way...that she had lung cancer. Thanks for almost killing her with meds and then giving us bad information which delayed her treatment. You should NOT be allowed to stay open. You are NOT good p... read more
RecommendedThese folks are absolutely amazing! Been coming here for about 2 years or so, and not one complaint ever! They helped my German shepherd with her gooey skin #gooeydewey she has a yeast and bacterial infection. Bathed her in the shampoo they gave me; and she started to eat again this morning!! Which is huge, because they said she lost 6lbs. Also, they helped me send my batty boy over the rainbow bridge...one of the worst moments in my Life, and they were so understanding and attentive. Dr Mallot is an amazing woman and wonderful office staff always friendly and helpful, techs are always willing and eager to help you understand this place is so great! And I'm so pleased it's close to home
Truly a mixed review... I just love the Dr's and back end staff..very knowledgeable and compassionate with your pets. For years we have been very pleased until a recent event and unbelievable handling of the situation. Oct 21st at 1:02 I called in to get our male boxer seen because his gums were swollen and red, picking at his food and was concerned because of past dental issues and the risk of paracarditis.. front end staff took all the info down and said she would have to call us back.. hmm ok alil confused why i just wasn... read more
So sad right now to feel like I have to write this review. I've been a client of this clinic since 2018. My first experience was having one of my😞😞 cats euthanized. Dr Milot wasn't in that day and the vet who was there was kind and caring and Garfield past peacefully. My 17 year old cat Meeshka has seen Dr. Milot a few times now and I've always felt like she truly cared, although Meeshka hasn't really had any serious issues.
