This practice has forgotten the word "patient" in patient care: their follow-up is abysmal. The people who answer the phone and take appointments are rude and needs to be replaced
Dr. Zachary Glasser is awesome. Also his nurse that i forgot her name but starts with a M. awesome job awesome attitude. Them talking to me really kept my mind on other things while he was doing surgery.
Great Doctors Men Restroom has poop all over toilet and wall very unsanitary. Need to be clean up
While my doctor was fine, I had a terrible experience with Rush as a trans patient. My nurse seemed completely baffled by the fact I was a trans man and kept asking if I was “really a girl”. When I said I was a trans man she seemed really confused about which direction I had transitioned in and then, after finding out my partner is also a trans man, tried to mark my sexuality as “lesbian” since we were “both girls”.
