Dr. zachary glaser Is one of the best doctors I have seen in a long time however his staff is literally the most incompetent bunch of nurses that cannot see past their face. If Dr. Glaser tells you what you need to save your life his staff is going to make sure you don’t get it. It took the nurse 6 months to enter Dr. Glaser’s prescription in the system and sent it to the wrong pharmacy!!! Don’t even go Rush they will rush you into the ground!
This practice has forgotten the word "patient" in patient care: their follow-up is abysmal. I'm fortunate that my issues have been minor; if you have a more serious condition, no doubt you will end up in the emergency room before you got a callback. ↓ Some meaningless apology from Rush will likely appear below. ↓
The people who answer the phone and take appointments are rude and needs to be replaced
Dr. Zachary Glasser is awesome. Also his nurse that i forgot her name but starts with a M. awesome job awesome attitude. Them talking to me really kept my mind on other things while he was doing surgery.
Great Doctors Men Restroom has poop all over toilet and wall very unsanitary. Need to be clean up
