While most of the staff I encountered were professional, I was very disappointed with the level of attention and care I received from the nursing staff and doctors. The nurses rarely came into my room to check on how I was doing. On multiple occasions, I could hear staff members talking and laughing about things that didn't appear to be work related while I was still waiting for assistance. DO NOT GO THERE!!! I'd give it ZERO stars if I could. Was there for 5.5 hours which was at least 2 hours longer than I would have been if they didn't mess up the 1st CT scan. Tech told me they didn't use enough contrast so they had to do it again. Then they had the gall to charge me for both!! I disputed the charges and after their "review" they decided to stick with the charges. Very Early jan 22 Thursday morning I was in ED triage and sitting in a chair there. there was this old man in triage with bad stomach pain. The male nurse that was tending him told the other nurse to do him a favor and put him back in the waiting area after she finished. We are sitting here from two o'clock in the afternoon until the twelve o'clock in the evening and there is no update. Just wait ten minutes, because the specialist doctor does not answer the communications and the existing team cannot make a decision
