Wait time is ridiculous. The first time I came to Rush for a bladder infection, I arrived around 9:00-9:30pm, and I didn’t leave until 5-6 in the morning! Upon my second visit, wait time was excruciatingly long too. Every visit I am in so much pain and all I can do is sit there!! However, care is decent.
Honestly rush was the top good emergency to go to but now the staff are so rude specially the front desk and I don’t get it if they hate they job so bad why even work there .lazy people and so dirty and they never know anything about keeping you updated last time I come to the ER I rather go to other ones were we treated with respect and that love there job
