Got me in,repaired the truck, no problems. Friendly and courteous. I will use them again.
I was in the middle of a 1100 mile run with a used International truck we just purchased and had a DEF issue. Shannon and his service techs worked me in the schedule and got the issue addressed and me back on the road in a few hours. If it wasn't for them, I would still be on the road trying to make the last 450 miles home at 5 MPH... They saved me a week of being on the road! Highly recommend and a big THANK YOU to the service dept at Rush in West Plains, MO for taking care of me.
We had a coolant hose fail and were lucky to be two miles from the service facility. Shannon the service manager and Tracey our tech were extremely responsive and great to work with. Tracey came out to where we were parked and put coolant in and we were able to avoid a tow and drive to the facility. They identified the issue and had us repaired and on the road by late afternoon. We really couldn’t have asked for more and appreciated their kind assistance.
