We took our truck in with a check engine light. Terra and Jacob got us checked in quickly and we were in a bay in about a half hour. They found the problem, fixed it and we were out of there in about 3 hours. The mechanic listened to what we had to say and didn't waste time. I'm only giving them a 4 because I thought the labor rate was high, but it is California. Thanks to everyone for getting us on way.
Pretty good dealership if you have a Peterbilt. Plenty of space to park your trailer. Normally they get your truck in to service it within a day or two. Sometimes same day. Sometimes you might have to ask them to shut your master power off, so your batteries don't run down. Other than that their pretty good. They'll find the problem and knock it out.
My boyfriend, Eddie, visited this location on 6/11/26 due to transmission issues. I called Jacob (service advisor) over the phone prior to arrival. I was checked in right away upon arrival to the location within an hour before closing, and was able to get a diagnostic done before closing. Shout out to Devin (transmission tech) for being there last minute and being able to diagnose right away (1 hr before closing!!).
