LESS THAN A 1. I took my 2018 F-550 to Rush for an alignment after replacing tie rod ends. Today is day 4 waiting for my truck. My truck is equipped with a monitoring system (Samsara). I am told by Rush my truck is being worked on. The monitoring system indicated this truck has not been started or moved since the 28th. I am sick of the lies from these people. I would never recommend taking anything to them. Rush IS A JOKE!!!!
The person who drives this truck lives above me and tortures me constantly by dropping heavy items on the floor above me at all hours of the day and night. Don't think I would want to have a person like that to work on my vehicle.
Friendly front desk guy helped me find my parts and if they didn’t have the right pet they also gave me part number to find parra else where.
Unless you have a fleet of 20 trucks or more , Do not go there !! Chad position unknown is indifferent could care less about you ! Service staff incompetent to diagnose and make correct repairs . Even though I have purchased 7 vehicle's from that dealership . Also they took 27 days to finish a shoddy job . I will never go back !!
Bought a truck from these guys in November 2020 for 40k cash. Got OEM warranty. I didn’t start driving it until February when my Pete lease was up. Took it to get PM and air leak fixed. Yes I get oil changed every 5-7 k miles. Shop called and said I need induction cleaning, a fastener, exhaust brackets.. I let them run a overhead on it. I just feel that they lied to warranty company when they supposedly did all the checks on it now I’m out of $2500 . The truck is nice but I think they should eat some of cost.
Absolute garbage service. Dropped off a truck on a Thursday for an oil change, making sure to express the importance of having our truck back by the following Thursday. Come the following Thursday, the excuses began. They found a oil pan gasket leak, and an issue with the brake chamber(brakes operated fine under working conditions under several different operators prior to). Dennis King Jerk Me around kept telling me was going to build my new 2021 Pete dump truck for a years and then told me that I was a HUGE BURDEN To Him I called the General Manager and Dennis just sent me a truck that I didnt want
DO NOT TAKE YOUR TRUCK TO THIS COMPANY THEY ARE LIARS STATED THEY CHECKED MY TRUCK BUT THEY NEVER EVEN CHECKED ANYTHING MY TRUCK HAS BEEN PARKED IN THE SAME SPOT SINCE 7 DAYS AGO BECAUSE THEY LOST MY KEYS TO THE TRUCK AND GAVE ME SOME BOGUS PRINT OUT I WISH THEY HAD NEGATIVE STARS THAT'S THE RATING I WOULD GIVE THEM.
DO NOT TAKE your Truck to RUSH they keep your truck for 7 days and don’t even look at it lost my keys and still no Diagnostics this is insane out of work for 7 days poor customer service . NO STARS
