I’ve taken my Peterbilt there several times for different issues. All of them it takes this location a month to fix at least. But this is a review about them doing an oil change. Took my truck in, which literally the day before I had it idling on brand new concrete for 24 hours after I personally changed coolant hoses. There were no leaks. After getting it back from them doing a pm, I had multiple coolant leaks as well as a massive oil leak. I just had my oil pan replaced somewhere else. Been calling them for 40 min and nobody answers the phone! After arriving at Rush the guy at the counter said that the phones don’t work at night!
Aparently nobody knows how to answer a phone. Have called multiple times on different days
I give 1 star place it’s nice beautiful building, but the prices are over price about 500% I was looking for pump washer fluid $90 and fleet pride $19 they over mark to muchhhhh
