Bought a truck from these guys in November 2020 for 40k cash. Got OEM warranty. I didn’t start driving it until February when my Pete lease was up. Took it to get PM and air leak fixed. Yes I get oil changed every 5-7 k miles. Shop called and said I need induction cleaning, a fastener, exhaust brackets.. I let them run a overhead on it. I just feel that they lied to warranty company when they supposedly did all the checks on it now I’m out of $2500 . The truck is nice but I think they should eat some of cost.
My AC broke on the hottest day of the year. The Summit service in Salina are trying to get me squeezed in. Very busy shop is going out of the way to be helpful. Its appreciated.
I work for jb hunt and had trouble in Wichita falls TX. I went to the summit truck group there in town for international trucks. They were extremely helpful. Matt at the front desk was on it. He's the man. Thank you sunmit, jb hunt couldn't be happier.
