Well, that you need an enthusiast. I met one today @ Rush truck center in Phoenix
I think her name is Monica but I came in on a Saturday 9-28-24 for a simple oil change almost at closing hours and she was real professional, friendly, transparent, and informative. Please give her a raise. I honestly think she needs to train other employees on how to provide above and beyond customer service. Oh and the mechanic that did the oil change as well. Very professional
