Josh at the parts counter was A1. He really treats you like a valued customer. Otherwise the place was just a bit too nonchalant to be charging a $235/hr labor rate. Had to go back a couple of times for the same issue that could have been addressed the first time with more thoroughness. And another time for a tech error that could have been avoided with a little more attention to detail.
