I called the service department and they could not tell me what wt. oil the rear diff took on my truck. I would not take my truck to this shop. Horrible!!
Quick in and out had what I needed to get me home
Had an airbag go out on my suspension and called Rush Truck Center in Lubbock, TX to check if they had one in stock. They confirmed, and I made it there right at closing time. They waited for me, and I got the airbag — not OEM, but it worked and I didn’t have the option to choose. Installed it myself since the shop was already closed. Location is great — several truck stops nearby, FleetPride store, restaurants, and plenty of services around. Good experience overall.
The gentleman up front was very friendly and helpful. Made us feel welcome and important.
