Brought my 2000 379 in for some repairs fuel line leak ac charge reseal rear differential and cab air bag and clutch brake and adjustment was never updated on anything they charged me over 5000 and the fuel leak was missing off the invoice I went in and asked them about it and they said it was fixed and they would email me the invoice I got on the road still having the same problem crawled under the truck and no it was not fixed or replaced and when I called service they tell me it wasn’t fixed and hung up on me glad to see ... read more
Not pleased at all. We took in our 2000 379 Peterbilt to have a fuel leak taken care of, we were told it was done and found out they never touched it. Had some other stuff that we were not told of and found out after. We never had a phone update and never had a call that our truck was even done. We were there in person and seen the truck outside before they ever even said it was done.
Disappointed with the service I had here it took two weeks just to replace a couple fuel lines and had to pay an extra 1k just for them to do what should’ve been done the first time also didn’t even get a call back when my truck was done. I advise you not to come here
