I would like to leave a review for Rush Truck Center in Joplin, MO. I arrived on April 20th and my truck was completed on May 12th. My engine (A26) had a vented block, and the repair required a complete engine replacement. They installed a brand new engine with all components replaced. Even though the repair process took some time, a large part of the delay was due to waiting for parts and the complexity of the job. Rude, called and ordered parts, josh was very helpful and professional, walked in to pick up parts a day later, gentlemen was rude, couldn't find our order. Was ready to walk out and get parts elsewhere, we will not buy parts here again.
