I was ASSURED that they would keep the chest freezer in our truck plugged in when it couldn't be charged by the truck batteries due to the truck being worked on. I get back to my truck and guess what? Hundreds of dollars in food, and so many hours of meal prep, spoiled.

I pulled in on Monday morning with a def issue. 8:00 a.m. did I mention Monday morning immediately put me into a bay and start diagnosing it. Did I mention that was a Monday morning. I've never had somebody in 30 years on a Monday morning put me straight into a bay and start diagnosing the problem great job. Love the idea of a triage everybody should do that
