Had them do a alignment all the way around nothing was moved or changed my truck still pulls to the right but worse than to start with they also had moved all my stuff and my cb antenna nut was gone along with my antenna that mind you was under my bunk
The guys here were very efficient and extremely helpful. We called them on the road with a minor truck issue. They told us to bring it on in. They hopped on it immediately and fixed the problem in 20min. Then they thanked us for choosing them and did not charge us for the repair. Would highly recommend Rush in Joplin. Honest and helpful.
On hold the first time for 8 minutes only to be hung up on instead of being transferred to the correct department as prompted.....
Didn't trust your text from them. Mine arrived to my phone @ 2pm saying truck will be fixed today. So I got up early checked out of room and walked to my truck next morning. They send txt a day early and just a were sorry our mistake. This place has no customer support at all. Doest bother them at all how they screwed my situation. This place is a joke.
