Adam Lohse does an absolute great job on support. Our inside sales Colby Sanford is spot on with great attitude. With that said I’m not sure what’s going on but the delivery from Rush is really my only complaint. Good relationships can only go so far. We can order at 8 am, we won’t see parts that are in stock until 5pm or even the next day. This hurts our customers.
Great service team and parts department. Was able to fit me in, make the repairs get me out and running same day! Much appreciated, highly recommend.
A bit slow but helpful
Made appointment online no call yet and when I call the phones always busy.
Apetece that they have only one electrician and 3 mechanics, and the rest just change tires and airbags, cus no one can work on this truck and the shop manager is too busy, to send and receive estimates he may need a helper, yes they tell you dropped we work on it, but than no time, no mechanics avenible , on and on, and 28 days later to fix a wire and the problem still exists wow, back at the shop, ohh we forgot wich sensor we change can you believe this this shop is a sad jock so informal so not ready, ba dafter bad after ... read more
