Come here to get parts regularly. Staff who works here is great. But location is way understaffed. Hour wait every time I go in to get anything. Took warranty claim in today and was told it could take a year to get a refund which means I still had to buy the part that while item is reviewed for warranty. This is a huge concern as in this day in age we need all the capital we can have to keep going. A year is completely unacceptable.
