Derated for SCR at Golden with 59 minutes to come back to Denver. Got to Peterbilt with 21 minutes to spare. Checked in and dropped the trailer. Parked out front while the plugged in for codes. Another two days lost to be "California Compliant". Removed and replaced DEF pump number four. Mobile, Hesperia, Texarkana, and now Denver have pulled apart my DEF unit within 5 years at 886,000 miles. Service staff and mechanics were top notch.
Absolutely the BEST! from the friendly service i receive on the phone in the call center (Eddie Frank Dalton100% PROS!!!!) to the parts counter at this location. My rep Kevin always goes above and beyond for me and never lets me down. the people at the counter Gage and Rosa and any other CS people are always positive attentive and willing to go the extra mile. the warehouse ppl like Jesus and the others give excellent service even when pickup parts. all around i love doing business with them and always trust i will receive 1... read more
