I stopped in at 4:25pm on a Wednesday b4 Thanksgiving, I know they was ready to go home,but they took the time to fix my air leak on my trailer thank you, now I can make it home for Thanksgiving
Had a very bad experience in customer service with a girl name Erika IN COTULLA TX. My truck was ready and they were waiting for a PO # SHE REFUSED TO CALL MY BOSS AND ASK FOR THE PO NUMBER SHE WANTED ME TO DO HER JOB! AND EVEN THOUGH MY COMPANY HAS A NATIONAL ACCOUNT WITH THEM SHE SAID THAT HER MANAGER WOULDN'T ALLOW ME TO TAKE MY TRUCK OUT OF THE REPAIR SERVICE..I DIDNT LIKE THE WAY SHE WAS ACTING. I'VE BEEN TO TOO MANY OF RUSH CENTERS AND HAD NEVER HAD THAT KIND OF EXPERIENCE IN ANY OTHER RUSH TRUCK CENTER...
