Turned truck in on Dec.2.they didn't get to until Dec.11.they said I needed battery's..I told them I would put them in myself. I didn't have the long socket to get the plastic from around the battery off..asked if they had tools for sale..no..so I asked if I could borrow a socket n the head guy..Mike had a problem with that..but one of the mechanics..Travis helped out.. Horrible service department, the service advisors are 100% crooks they're worse than used car salesmen. Duran is the top tier piece of $#!* Be forewarned this is the type of place running prices sky high. These shops have no business operating in the service sector. Alot of the people working here if not all do not belong in the trade.
I waited 30 days for a simple procedure, paid $2500 and my problem was not solved. Unsuccessful service was covered up with an uninteresting story. My loss is great. I definitely do not recommend it, stay away. Inexperienced mechanic masters, very high labor, a company that only takes advantage of the vehicle warranty
Awesome! From the GM to the Salesman to the Service Center. Wish I could give more stars; My husband and I decided to retire and go on the road as a team; We picked our truck out on-line. Fill out information packet, maybe about 3 hours later or so, John Rangel (Salesman) called explained the process to us, so we did the app. John call back almost immediately to let us know we were approved. This is for the "A Team Service Center" I will encourage any one that need repairs take your truck to Rush Truck Service Center in Sealy TX; Mr. Bob, Ms. Ginger, Mr. Jacob and Mr. Justin (the tech) are awesome! My husband and I brought a 2018 Peterbilt in Lowell AR 08/2023. We starting have problem with it reading "transmission default" and a "oil leak" (right). Took a week plus to even look at the truck, the technicians were very unknowledgeable of internationals despite being an international dealer, rude staff, we will not be working with this company again
PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE!!! NEEDED A TRANSMISSION TO BE REPLACED UNDER WARRANTY. THEY GOT THE TRANSMISSION PRETTY QUICK. THEY SAID NOTHING WRONG WITH THE CLUTCH, BUT THEY WILL RECOMMED TO REPLACED DUE TO THE TRUCK HAVING HIGH MILEAGE. WE SAID GO AHEAD AND SEND AN ESTIMATE AND WE WILL THINK ABOUT IT. NO ESTIMATE WAS SENT. AFTER 10 DAYS WE RECEIVED A MESSAGE THAT THE TRUCK IS READY TO BE PICKED UP. PLUS AN INVOICE FOR ALMOIST 6000$ FOR CLUTCH AND OTHER ,, COOLANT AND EXHAUST LEAKS". WTF?
