I didn't get a chance to bring my truck here, but communication with James- the service manager-was top knotch. I just wish they did warrenty work on freightliners. James guided me in the right way and was very helpful and polite.

This is regarding the hiring process. They literally kept a qualified professional certified diesel mechanic hanging by a string for 3 weeks. This person actually interviewed with the service manager and the HR personnel was unprofessional, lack of communication, and rude.
