Absolutely terrible customer service . They never have what you need, charge astronomical prices, and have fun waiting 30-45 mins on hold if you ever need to call in a part.

We just had service from Rush Truck Centers in Beaumont, TX. for our motorhome. We had a DEF issue with several fault codes. We arrived in Beaumont late Friday afternoon. Called Rush and spoke with Hunter Gest, as soon as we arrived, and she got us in for service 1st am Monday. By 830am Monday, tech Jake diagnosed the issue. Being a warranty issue, Shop Foreman Tristan Paskell, contacted Spartan and had the part ordered by 930am. The part arrived Tuesday morning exactly when Tristan said it would. Took my 2024 579 Pete in for front end work. Popping while slow turning. Had all leaf spring bushing/ bearings replaced. They kept the truck for 2 weeks, charged $4700 just for my truck to have the same issues and the same Popping noise.. I don't even think they thought to check the king pins. Completely unexceptable and I'll most definitely be contacting upper management at Rush about these ongoing and poor diagnostic issues....
