Just went through the process of canceling every upcoming appointment for the remainder of the year. Aside from being gaslit by physicians into thinking symptoms aren't as severe, particularly in the colorectal dept., the hospital is now double-charging insurance for the same procedure twice: one for a physician's "time" (as if my $125 copay wasn't enough for a 10-second nasal scope), and the "procedure" itself. Got in a at 6 I left at 11 having never seen a doctor . Had labs taken but couldn’t get the results couldn’t speak with a charge nurse or doctor. Front desk made it clear that they didn’t want to be there and that the OT was the only reason they were working . I spoke to them calmly and expressed my want to at least know the results if there wasn’t gonna be a doctor to see me 5 hrs in the waiting room. Hello I hope someone sees this. I woke up in the hospital after a crazy night of drinking. My nurse was Natalie but I don’t know her last name. A beautiful woman with blonde curly hair and she is pregnant with a baby girl ( :0 ) she was super sweet and nice to me and let me talk her ear off.
