We just moved here in June 2024 so we have only had your services about 3 months but so far everything has been great!
Power has been out for 14 hours now. No timeframe, no updates, not even a single truck or worker to be seen. Guess all the food in the fridge will have to be replaced due to the inept company that they are. But yet, the neighbors around me, not even an 1/8 of a mile away HAVE POWER. Get it together y'all.
