I am so disappointed with my experience at Rush Hair Salon. I booked in for a blowout for my college graduation pictures, and I showed the stylist a picture of what I was looking for, lots of volume! The stylist never asked me about my hair texture, if I require product to hold my hair, hairspray etc. She then proceeded to tell me how dry my hair was, asked me what shampoo I use (hydration shampoo and regular hair masks) and then said the fine texture and dryness is why my hair would not hold. SOLNAZ FIXED MY HAIR INCREDIBLY and I am so grateful. I came in with super brassy yellow coloured hair and wanted it to all blend in with my natural hair colour, she neutralised and restored it within an hour. From the start I didn’t feel nervous like I usually do trying new places, she put me at ease and I felt like I was in utmost professional hands and care.
