Absolutely a rip off artist. Tries to charge for trailers that leak and have no plates with balding tires while charging a higher fee and calling these "road ready" tires.

This customer was treated with respect and the same courtesy all of our customers receive. The trailers provided were as requested and quoted. They all are currently DOT compliant and road worthy. We always honor our word and take care of any issues that may arise. Our business has over 50 years in rental experience and this customer has been the most unreasonable and inconsiderate person we have ever dealt with.
