As a newer runner i was nervous going in. I was greeted quickly and was off an going. The analysis was quick and informative. I got a great selection of shoes to try on. He walked me through the construction of each shoe and the benefits. It was super busy but i still got 1 on 1 attention. It was a great experience. I got a lot of advise and encouragement for my running journey. �

Mixing customer service! Very knowledgeable staff if you have ever wondered is this shoe for me this is your place to go, I ran 5 miles on the treadmill this morning and couldn't even feel my feet!
I was admittedly super nervous about walking in here and telling someone I wanted to try running. I'm morbidly obese and honestly thought I might get laughed out of the store. Boy was I wrong. Not only did they set me up with a good pair of shoes, but they made me feel at ease. But most importantly, they made sure I was sent out the door with plenty of tips and tricks to keep me from hurting myself. Today, I did my first workout for C25K. Feels like I've had my a** kicked. This was our second trip to Rush, but our first to the Bentonville store. We had such a good experience our first time that we drove an hour (past other running stores) to go to Rush Running. The analysis made me feel like I was getting the right shoe for my needs. The selection of shoes is top tier as they had several selections for both my size and particular need.
