Friendly personnel
3 phlebotomists and none of them could properly stick my child and all 3 resorted to just rooting around in both arms with the needle while we held down a screaming, autistic toddler... Then the best part? They screwed up and the little blood they did get clotted so now I have to take my child to another location to repeat the process all over again. Thank you very much for traumatizing my child for absolutely nothing.
I have been calling for days to obtain results , and no one answers the phone and call drops after a while
This place doesn't honor appointment time. They were more than an hour late to see me. Won't recommend this place at all especially if you have somewhere to be at.
If I could give it zero stars I would. Avoid this place at all costs. Especially Ashley. Not only was she incredibly rude and disrespectful, she was incompetent and did absolutely nothing to solve the issue... Instead she got defensive and deflected blame to the Rush office in River North... And to the impending Rush employee that is going to send the same copy n paste message in response to this post....
