This place doesn't honor appointment time. They were more than an hour late to see me. Won't recommend this place at all especially if you have somewhere to be at.
If I could give it zero stars I would. Avoid this place at all costs. Especially Ashley. Not only was she incredibly rude and disrespectful, she was incompetent and did absolutely nothing to solve the issue... Instead she got defensive and deflected blame to the Rush office in River North... And to the impending Rush employee that is going to send the same copy n paste message in response to this post.... Set appointment for Saturday March 15, 2025 at 10:20 am through my doctor's office for blood test (for redraw of blood due to some problem with earlier blood sample taken at rush neurology lab on March 12 early morning and was informed on reaching back at my home from doctor's visit that redraw of blood is required for the same test) but was informed on visit at this location that they don't have fresh doctor's note since their system is showing blood test requiring redraw as completed. BEWARE of this place in regards for ultrasound they do not honor appointments. Depending on the greeter expect some type of attitude. As far for registration they "check" you in some with attitude some girls that are Hispanic or give attitude that have to get translators but after that they just stay quiet. None take initiative to get supervisor to talk with techs or nothing except to chit chat between them. They do their job by sitting/talk but not trying to get anything done. Just read the reviews about this lad and see how bad it is for yourself . I have been waiting here for 30 minutes, had an appointment at 10Am for a simple glucose test for my pregnancy. I go up and ask the girl why haven't they called my name, and she says there's 10 people in front of me including ones checking in????? Why are all these people in front when I had an appointment for 10AM??? What is the point of appointments here ??
