Since Dr. Goetz left, we are very disappointed with the inexperience and inaccessibility of the part-time doctors who replaced him. Rush was the gold standard for Parkinson’s and now we are lost.
I made an appointment back in June to be seen by a doctor on the team and their first available appointment wasn't until December. Fast forward to September when I missed a phone call and when I went to call back, I saw that I had an email from Rush that my appointment in December was canceled and a new appointment was made for February. The voicemail stated that the doctor was double booked due to a mistake on the scheduling team and they had to move me to the next available appointment 2 months out.
