I had an exceptional experience with the Rush Otolaryngology (ENT) Department, especially under the care of Dr. Smith. I initially sought treatment for a deviated septum and was looking into a septoplasty to improve my breathing. Went there to see a ENT doctor for a chronic nasal infection they sent me to do some blood work. After 6 days I called them to ask how long it takes to hear from my results from my blood work and they told me that there is nothing that says that I did the blood work that they no records nothing about that. Who is in charge of keeping records on that place? This is unacceptable!! Was there for 5 hours got my blood taken out wasted my time and money cause you have to pay for the freaking hospital parking lot and plus you have ... read more

Only downside, this all happened during beginnin... read more

On October 29, I had an appointment with Dr. Bobby A. Tajudeen regarding loss of smell and taste following a sinus infection and ongoing chronic inflammation. The appointment was brief and felt rushed. I was told to return for a CT scan so further evaluation could be done. After completing the CT scan and waiting several days for results, I was informed that everything looked fine and that there was only mild inflammation. I was offered a prescription saline steroid rinse, which I purchased and used as directed. Unfortunatel... read more
