I have been going to Rush locations for years. Nice and peaceful you are able to park your vehicle. The service is excellent. Health and wellness to us all.
Poor booking process and less helpful front desk staff (no direct phone number to office). They have patterns of billing errors with insurance.
Worst customer service by front desk! Went in for my first time receptionist was in a terrible mood! It is hard enough to go to a doctors office and getting greeted the way she did was incredibly unacceptable! She raised her voice at me and gave me attitude.
