Misdiagnosed saying it was a Neurology problem when it definitely wasn't. Had to eventually diagnose myself with backup from couple other doctors elsewhere to discover it was an orthopedic problem. Now they won't stop sending bills. Maybe I should send them bills for a doctor there to Misdiagnose me!!!

Appalling lack of empathy and professionalism at the front desk. I am writing this to express my deep disappointment and shock regarding the treatment my husband and I received at the Rush Munster (9200 Calumet Ave) front desk this past Friday. My husband is less than 24 hours post-operation following a limb amputation. We arrived for what we believed was his follow-up appointment.
