Misled me about how much physical therapy sessions would cost me till I got hide bill months later. Physical therapy guy told me what to do then walked away and talked to his coworkers for 10-15 mins at a time. The doctor Leda Ghannad saw about my knee with bone bruise knew nothing and I had to tell her physical therapy isn’t for a bone bruise and had tell her I need cortisone shot. This is the most unorganized, unprofessional place I have ever had visit. I came from Champaign Illinois for a 2nd opinion for the University of Illinois. On a Worker's comp claim. My letter said arrive at 1:15 pm for a 1:30 pm appt. When I got here, they didn't know who the Dr was that I was seeing. Nor did they know his location. Then a "front desk nurse" tells me that I am wrong, my appt isn't until 2 pm. Even though I have a letter from their office stating the time for 130 pm. When my primary care physician retired, I chose RUSH Munster since it was close to my home. I have been seeing Dr. Austin for over a year and am very pleased with her! She has spent a lot of time with me, is very thorough, and has a kind and professional bedside manner. Every single other staff member that I have come into contact with at RUSH Munster is also very kind and professional. I definitely feel like I am in great hands with RUSH Munster. Dr. Mustafa is a good physician. He listens to my concerns with Patience and discuss different treatment level. Also Labcorp is a great place to have any blood test done, it’s located in the same building at Rush.
