Tony Francois is a fraud, having family members write reviews! Rush Hour Appliance Repair in Sunrise has to be one of the biggest scammers I've had to deal with. I made an appointment for 10:00 AM the next morning for which they arrived on the dot. I was told the $125 service call fee would be waived since I was allowing them to repair my cooktop. Did not make the repair properly and now additional issues with cooktop and now they’re claiming they were not the company that came out. Tony Francois dba Rush Hour Appliance Repair, Sunrise FL. If I could rate one star I would. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they are complete and utter scammers. I asked for a part to be replaced and it did not work. They offered no assistance to repair their lack of competence to help me get the problem solved. I was assaulted on the phone by their incompetent customer service. I am a senior citizen that watches every penny I spend. This company neither helped with assistance or compensation for their utterly bad work. I paid $30 a minute for 30 minutes.
