Very responsive, quick service, and great follow up! Unfortunately my dishwasher could not be fixed but they tried every part from the manufacturer's diagnostic, all of which was refunded to me. Amazingly they even hand delivered a check shortly after. Will definitely use them again!
Had good results in the past, but when I called twice last week and left a message, they did not have the courtesy to return the call.
awesome Such a relief to buy here after driving from dealer to dealer trying to find the lowest bottom line. Take it from me, we've tried every Ford dealer in town trying to get the best price. Apples to Apples, these people have THE LOWEST prices of any dealer we tried. The others will tell you anything to get you in the door, but after you waste an hour or so with them and sit with their finance guy to do the paperwork, the price at the end is not the same of what they told you in the beginning. Bob's son Jeff has been to my house on two occasions to do repairs. He has fixed both my dryer and my washer. Each time he has arrived on time, has worked quickly and has charged me an extremely reasonable price. These are good people. They will give you quality, friendly service. They won't rip you off. I won't call anyone else in the future.
