If I could rate one star I would. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they are complete and utter scammers. I asked for a part to be replaced and it did not work. They offered no assistance to repair their lack of competence to help me get the problem solved. I was assaulted on the phone by their incompetent customer service. I am a senior citizen that watches every penny I spend. This company neither helped with assistance or compensation for their utterly bad work. I paid $30 a minute for 30 minutes. awesome Such a relief to buy here after driving from dealer to dealer trying to find the lowest bottom line. Take it from me, we've tried every Ford dealer in town trying to get the best price. Apples to Apples, these people have THE LOWEST prices of any dealer we tried. The others will tell you anything to get you in the door, but after you waste an hour or so with them and sit with their finance guy to do the paperwork, the price at the end is not the same of what they told you in the beginning.
