The most kind and ethical business. We encountered a very scary situation that required rush glass and door repair's services. They were professional, understanding, personable and reasonable, list goes on. The gentleman made time to come out and assist me the very same day and repair my window right away. He was truly a blessing! Thank you rush glass and door repair.
They seemed very nice and helpful at first but do not order anything from them. They have been ignoring my calls and told me 2 months ago that the piece they ordered was coming. They are not professional, they have been ignoring my calls for more than 2 months. They also promise me to fix a door when I paid for a new storefront window. If I had known they were not ordering, I would have not waisted 2 months. They are very unprofessional.
From one business to another, great overall experience. I was out of state at a Sixt conference and they were able to come out for immediate repairs, Mr. Talfor made the process seamless, I definitely recommend for any glass and door repair needs, residential or commercial.
