This is definitely my new go-to gym for when I’m visiting family in the area! The owner of the gym is so friendly and helpful, and it’s a very warm and comfortable atmosphere. Good selection of equipment strength and cardio wise, plus they offer day passes or punch passes for those looking for a solid gym in your travels!

Visiting Maine and found this gym which takes Silver Sneakers. Has a very hometown atmosphere and the equipment was as adequate as a big box gym. Lots of variety. Most important to me was the owners attitude! So very friendly and helpful with any questions that I had. Felt very comfortable there. And if I lived here this would be my regular gym!
