This office was a huge disappointment and I would not trust my family’s dental care here again. I called about serious issues with my crown, left a voicemail, and never received a call back. When I finally reached someone, I was told there was a note not to reschedule me because “the family” missed appointments - which is ridiculous. Dr. Rush and his whole team are phenomenal! Everyone was so kind and helpful and reassuring. The dental hygienist Kennedy was super sweet and friendly! I’m a total baby when it comes to the dentist and I felt completely at ease. I’ve never had any dental work done before but he made my first filling completely pain free and stress free. I highly recommend Rush Family Smiles.
This dentist office would have been great if they were better at their availability. It seems like they can not keep on the amount of patients that they have. I understand it's a small practice but the dentist is not available during typical business hours so it makes it hard for them to fit clients in. I called MONTHS ago to get a cleaning and was told I basically had to jump through hopes and get approval. OKAY. The told there wasn't any availability. I went in for my dental cleaning. I appreciate the text reminders. Front office very friendly and accommodating. I was taken back immediately. The hygienist was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. Very happy with this dental practice.
Hygienist took great care during cleaning and plaque removal - I'm on blood thinners, and the extra effort was greatly appreciated.
