We went to this place for my son for his kindergarten eye exam. Our appointment was at 9:15 and they told us to arrive at 9 to do paperwork which we did. At 10:45 we went up to the front desk and we were told a couple more minutes. They came and got us at 11 and just moved us to another waiting room for another hour before anyone came to see us. Extremely misleading and borderline deceptive billing practices. Everything is pretty much double billed, both by RUSH (as hospital services despite being an outpatient clinic?) and by Eye Center Physicians. They squeeze every dollar they can out of you and your health insurance, and although it doesn’t seem to technically be illegal, it should be. Functionally double billing.

The doctors are pretty good, but the billing system is a nightmare. You pay for everything TWICE: once for Eye Center Physicians, once for Rush. They have completely separate billing systems and they will not stop charging you with all kinds of diagnostic fees.

My experience with Dr. Stephanie Saadeh was unlike any other. Under the oversight of Dr. Tannan, Dr. Saadeh went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, address my acute eye discomfort and pain, and ensured I was educated on every part of the process despite the uncertainty and fear I felt in real time. She answered all my questions promptly and in layman’s terms, and her bedside manner was impeccable. I’ve seen multiple Opthomalogist’s and not one had treated me as well as Dr. Saadeh I will happily be returning and re... read more
