I’ve sat on the phone for over 3 hours trying to book an appointment an someone pickup just to hang up on me , I usually never have issues with rush but this waiting on the phone for hours just to hung up on is unacceptable and shows a horrible level of customer service and professionalism because I’m still waiting as we speak . DO BETTER
I had an appointment scheduled a month in advance. A week before the appointment I was told doctor won't be in and to reschedule. Now seeing the doctor another month later. Diagnostics quality is good but the follow up scheduling is the issue. Coming in for an emergency is ok, but then follow up appointments become an issue.
The waiting time is absolutely ridiculous!!!!!! Why set a 8:30 appointment and don’t see the doctor until 10:00!!!!!! Get it together Rush
