I can’t say enough good things about this electrician. He truly went above and beyond. I had an urgent issue with one of my heaters and he came out right away, knowing how important it was to get it fixed quickly. He was professional, knowledgeable, and handled everything efficiently. What I appreciated most was his honesty. He explained exactly what was going on, didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary, and charged a very reasonable amount. Terrible, terrible business practice. Had an appointment for him to show up, we waited for him, he didn't bother to show. Didn't call us back. He didn't message to let us know he's not coming, didn't return our calls. Apparently what he has going on in his life is much more important than maintaining a good customer relationship, and his time is much more important than our time.
Oh my gosh. Chris took my call in the morning. Came that same afternoon. Fixed the outlet that was broken and even took care of another issue I had forgotten to mention. And did it without it being a problem. He was very courteous and friendly. Knowledgeable and explained everything as he went. Will definitely call him when I begin some extensive electrical work next spring/summer. Thank you Chris.
Chris is not only timely,professional. He's also great at communication and make sure you understand the process. We tried for literally tried over 2 year trying to get someone to come out and replace our inlet power cable. 2 other electrical companies came out and didn't even send us a quote and other major companies is state college you could totally tell they were over charging. Chris was amazing and fair and showed up with in a week of calling him. Thanks so much
Called Rush Electrical based on reviews here, which were all spot on! I needed hard wired smoke detectors installed for rental code compliance and also had a whole house surge protector installed. Chris scheduled the work promptly and charged a very reasonable rate. Highly recommend!
